Will my tan turn orange?
Not at all, we use Sun FX which has a green base so it is not possible for your tan to turn orange.
Do I need to do anything to prepare before my tanning treatment?
It is beneficial to exfoliate and moisturize your body a few day before your tanning treatment, however please make sure that the day of your tan you have no moisturiser, deodorant, or perfume on your skin.
What is the difference between a bronzer and a blush?
A Bronzer and a blush are both designed the add colour to the cheeks, however a bronzer is a brown base for more of a sun kissed look, a blush is a pink base to to add colour to your face. If you have the tenancy to look a little flushed we would recommend you stick with a bronzer.
How can I clean my makeup brushes?
If your make up brushes are being used daily they should be cleaned monthly to avoid bacteria build up which may lead the unwanted break out. The best way to clean your brushes is to rinse with warm water, and massage with baby shampoo until all make up residue is out of them, then rinse any excess shampoo and ring out your brushes allowing them to air dry. Alternatively A World of Beauty professionally use and recommend Napoleon Perdis instant clean brush cleanser.
Can I collect from the Morwell store?
Absolutely! We offer a click and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available or out of stock in store, you are unable to reserve it.
How do I choose which facial treatment is best suited to my skin?
A World of Beauty customize all our Facial services to ensure that the correct skin care is used to treat your skins concerns, we ask all our clients to fill out a client consult form to help us identify the appropriate skin care.
I have super sensitive skin, am I still able to get a facial?
Absolutely, we have a super sensitive facial that is customized for your sensitive skin. We use Dermalogica’s Ultra Calming range which is Dermatologically tested and suitable for the most sensitive little souls. We also retail these products to ensure you can continue to calm your skin on a daily basis.
Are Brazilian Wax Treatments popular?
They certainly are! We would perform more Brazilian wax treatments than a standard bikini wax on a daily basis. So don’t be shy lady’s book yourself a private appointment!
How long should me hair be to be waxed?
If you imagine the length of your hair to be approximately the length of a grain of rice this is a great length to be waxed. If your hair is too short it can affect your waxing treatment by not removing all of your hairs at the same time, causing you to have two different cycles of hair growth.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 7-10 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

How do I apply a promotional code?
You can add a valid promotion code in the Basket before paying in the checkout.
Do you offer a GST discount to non Australian customers?
Customer’s ordering from outside Australia can contact us via telephone, live chat, or e-mail and quote the order reference number. Our customer services team will go through the process to remove the GST off of your order.
When will my card be charged for my order?
If paying by credit card or PayPal, due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged as soon as it is placed. AfterPay will contact you directly.
